The school was founded as per the desire of (Late) Janab Syed Saeed Hasan who wanted to spread the light of education among the masses.

The school was thus established in the year 1988 with only primary classes. Now the school is up to Senior Secondary Level (Class XII) and affiliated to C.B.S.E., New Delhi. Under the able guidance of its founder Managing Director Mr. Syed Rashid Hasan and a faculty of dedicated teachers, the school has produced students whoa re self-reliant and responsible citizens.

The aim is not only to impart, quality education to the students but also to make overall development in their personalities. The school has always aimed at developing moral and social qualities in the students and making them responsible and socially well-behaved.

This is a Senior Secondary School affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. The medium of instruction is English. A wide range of curricular and co-curricular activities are provided for the all-around development of the students. Many students have achieved meritorious positions in the CBSE examinations and have added to honour of this school.
